Keith R. Bauer, CPA

Keith is an experienced professional with solid financial and operational management skills. He is a high energy team player that provides valuable contributions to an entity's stakeholders and upholds standards of integrity, leadership, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

Keith's broad career experiences include startup ventures, financially-distressed entities, small to medium-sized private companies, publicly-held billion-dollar, multinational enterprises and public accounting, and span across various industries: manufacturing, retail, real estate, transporation, distribution, and service industries.

Keith has served in various management roles, including controller, director, vice president, and advisor. In these roles, Mr. Bauer has managed many initiatives in the areas of financial analysis and reporting, operational control and project management, achieving targeted goals and strategic objectives.

Keith is a certified public accountant and a member of Indiana CPA Society and AICPA. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the Indiana University School of Business. In 2000, Keith obtained his Managements of Science in Management degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
