Lisa K. Aly, CPA

Lisa has over 25 years of broad experience in financial and administrative operating roles. She began her career in public accounting, with a focus developed in bankruptcy and litigation support. Following the 8 years in public accounting she continued her career with 7+ years of experience in private industry and 12+ years in venture capital.

Throughout her career, Lisa has gained experience in the following areas: senior financial roles; operating, administrative and human resources oversight roles; contract negotiation, acquisition and divestiture transactions, due diligence, modeling and analysis, exit strategies and hedging transactions, fundraising, overall portfolio risk management, restructuring and wind-downs, investor reporting and regulatory reporting for SBA and SEC.

Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and has also earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation. She holds an active CPA license in both Indiana and Kentucky and is a member of the Indiana and Kentucky Society of CPAs and the AICPA. Lisa holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
